A regular private GP route
Useful when you want one clear service to contact for suitable routine or time-sensitive GP concerns.
A membership route for one adult who wants a more consistent way to arrange private GP care alongside their NHS GP.
Current fees, included access, additional charges and membership terms are provided in writing before enrolment. Please do not email medical details.

Membership should make access clearer without weakening clinical judgement, confidentiality or the need to use urgent services appropriately.
Useful when you want one clear service to contact for suitable routine or time-sensitive GP concerns.
You can remain registered with your NHS GP. Some care, monitoring and prescriptions may be safer or more appropriate through your usual NHS team.
The current fee, included access, extra charges, billing arrangement and ending terms are provided in a written summary before you enrol.
The plan organises access. The doctor still makes each clinical decision according to your needs, the evidence available and the safest care setting.
Your written plan defines the commercial service. Your clinician defines the medical plan.
Identity, contact details, relevant history, allergies, medicines and communication needs are kept accurate so each consultation starts from a reliable picture.
Members use the route explained at enrolment. Availability still depends on clinical suitability, clinician capacity, location and appointment format.
Every doctor assesses the concern independently. Membership never guarantees medicine, tests, a fit note, referral or a preferred treatment.
The clinician explains the plan, who is responsible for the next step and when information should be shared with your NHS GP or another service.
Keep the plan summary and terms. Accurate member details and clear limits make care safer and prevent unexpected charges.
The member journey stays clear from the first plan summary through each consultation and follow-up.
Request the current individual plan summary by email without sending medical details.
Check the fee, access, inclusions, additional costs, billing and ending terms.
Complete identity, consent, payment and medical-information steps through the secure process provided.
Follow the member booking route and keep your details current for each consultation.
The practical details should be clear before you enrol or rely on membership for care.
No. Individual membership can sit alongside NHS GP registration. Your NHS team may remain the right route for existing long-term plans, NHS prescriptions, vaccinations, screening or urgent care.
Continuity is supported where clinically suitable and available, but a particular doctor cannot be guaranteed. The service record and handover process help another clinician continue safely when needed.
A prescription may follow a clinical assessment, but it is never guaranteed. Pharmacy medicine, dispensing and delivery charges are separate unless your written plan expressly says otherwise.
No. Call 999 for a life-threatening emergency. Use NHS 111 if you need medical help now and are unsure which service is appropriate.
Email the membership team for the current written plan summary. It sets out the fee and billing terms before you decide whether to join.
Email your name, contact details and whether you are interested in Individual or Family membership. Please do not include symptoms, medicines or other medical information in ordinary email; the team will explain the secure route when clinical information is needed.
