Your health, on your terms.
Allhours GP is being built to bring you a doctor when life does not fit into office hours, with clear clinical decisions and care that continues beyond the call.

Speak to a doctor, understand your options and know what comes next.
Care made easier to reach.
Choose the route that fits your situation. Each one explains what happens before and after a clinician reviews your concern.
A doctor when you need one.
The Allhours GP model is designed around access beyond a conventional working day. Choose the right format for your concern, with transparent availability and a clear plan afterwards.
How would you like to speak?
Speak face to face from a private space on your phone, tablet or computer. Your clinician may recommend an examination or test when needed.
Live appointment times, consultation length and full prices will appear here when booking opens. This preview does not reserve appointments.
A thoughtful journey, from first contact to follow-up.
It should feel simple to start and easy to understand what happens next.

Is Allhours GP an emergency service?
No. Planned urgent GP appointments are for suitable non-life-threatening concerns. Call 999 for a life-threatening emergency; NHS 111 can guide you if you are unsure what urgent care is appropriate.
Do I have to leave my NHS GP?
No. Private GP appointments and membership can sit alongside your NHS GP registration.
Can I choose a video or telephone appointment?
Both formats are planned. A clinician may advise that video, a test or an in-person examination is needed for a particular concern.
Will an online request always lead to a prescription?
No. Prescribing follows a clinical assessment. Advice, further questions, tests or an appointment may be more appropriate.
When will appointments and prices be available?
When booking opens, the live time, clinician, format, consultation length and full price will be shown before payment. This preview does not show live slots or confirmed prices.
Is ADHD assessed in a standard GP appointment?
No. ADHD is planned as a separate specialist pathway that includes a full assessment and appropriate follow-up.
