Choose the concern, not a treatment
Tell the booking route what kind of help you need. The clinician decides the assessment, tests, treatment or onward care.
How members request a GP appointment, choose an appropriate format and understand what happens when the service is full or another route is safer.
Current fees, included access, additional charges and membership terms are provided in writing before enrolment. Please do not email medical details.

Membership should make access clearer without weakening clinical judgement, confidentiality or the need to use urgent services appropriately.

Telephone, video and in-person care each have limits. You may be asked to change format or attend another setting.
The member route shows or confirms the appointment options available under your plan; it does not promise a slot that is not available.
The plan organises access. The doctor still makes each clinical decision according to your needs, the evidence available and the safest care setting.
Your written plan defines the commercial service. Your clinician defines the medical plan.
Use the member route for suitable non-emergency symptoms, planned reviews and follow-up described by your membership plan.
Give accurate timing and warning signs. The team may advise urgent assessment, NHS 111, an urgent treatment centre or emergency care.
Examination, observations, tests, safeguarding or diagnostic uncertainty can make a physical appointment necessary.
Follow-up depends on the clinical plan and your written membership inclusions. External tests, medicines or specialists may be charged separately.
Keep the plan summary and terms. Accurate member details and clear limits make care safer and prevent unexpected charges.
The member journey stays clear from the first plan summary through each consultation and follow-up.
Use the member booking method supplied at enrolment.
The service checks identity, urgency, suitability and the best format.
Receive the clinician, time, format, location and any preparation instructions.
Follow the care plan and use the stated route if symptoms change or worsen.
The practical details should be clear before you enrol or rely on membership for care.
No. Same-day care may be available, but timing depends on capacity and clinical suitability. Never delay urgent or emergency help while waiting for a member appointment.
You can state a preference. The clinician may need video, measurements, photographs or an in-person examination to assess safely.
You can ask where home visits are offered, but location, clinician availability, clinical suitability and any additional fee must be confirmed.
The team should explain the next available option and, where appropriate, a safer alternative such as your NHS GP, a pharmacy, NHS 111 or urgent care.
Do not send medical details to the general email address. Use the secure clinical route provided for your appointment.
Email your name, contact details and whether you are interested in Individual or Family membership. Please do not include symptoms, medicines or other medical information in ordinary email; the team will explain the secure route when clinical information is needed.
